“This Grade-II-listed guest house struck me as particularly charming, especially given its location just outside Llandudno's busy center. excellent storage varied food
The location suited me perfectly. my double room sea view had an en-suite with excellent storage space.. it made keeping everything tidy quite easy. breakfast was also a high point. The food choices were varied and well-prepared.

what a find! great!
reclining seats extra throw bedroom window
The room included reclining seats and foot rests in the bay window. This made taking in the views so easy! i really enjoyed the extra throw available. the 10-minute walk to town along the promenade was very convenient. plus, i could easily see my car from the bedroom window!
the breakfast area felt a bit small, making me feel slightly rushed during the morning.

The room presented tasteful décor and ample space. The bed assured a restful night's sleep. The sea view from the room was particularly fine. The owners displayed genuine attentiveness, striving to enhance my stay. Their gluten-free breakfast option included sausages, which I found really good. I recommend this accommodation with food allergies or intolerances.

The breakfast selection was extensive, with options cooked to perfection. Laurie and Paul provided recommendations for local attractions. The takeaway room proved a valuable addition. I found private parking available at the rear of the hotel, very convenient.

Paul and Laurie are really good hosts. They offered valuable advice concerning the North Wales area and local restaurants, also they were always available. I was very impressed by their dedication to making my visit as seamless as possible.

Excellent Seaside Stay
personal touch luggage assistance informative pack
Laurie and Paul greeted me by name. It was a nice personal touch. They carried my luggage to my room. I didn't expect that. The room had an info pack that detailed the history. I found it informative.
The weekend was particularly hot. I wish there had been a fan in the room.
